This website exists to comply with State of North Dakota laws passed in the 2005 Legislative Session. These laws require use of a commercially reasonable method of verification approved by the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions to check eligibility for all deferred presentment transactions conducted in the state. This site is designed to operate in full compliance with the laws. In order to access the database, you must be a licensed lender in the state of North Dakota and have an assigned User ID and Password.
